The data controller for the App consists of the various Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) organizations utilizing the system, collectively responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing personal data.

Data Processor

SKLoud Software Development Services ("we," "us," or "our") acts as the data processor, responsible for processing personal data on behalf of the data controller. We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected.

The App collects the following types of personal data:

• Contact information (e.g., email address, phone number)

2. Demographic Information:
• Educational background
• Employment status
• Other relevant demographic data for KK Profiling

Purpose of Data Collection

Personal data collected through the App is used exclusively for the following purposes:

1. KK Profiling Submission:
• Submitting required information to the government as part of the Sangguniang Kabataan's mandate.
2. Data Analysis:
• Analyzing data to improve community services and programs offered by the Sangguniang Kabataan.
3. Artificial Intelligence Research and Implementation:
• Utilizing anonymized and aggregated data for AI research and implementation to enhance service delivery, automate processes, and improve overall efficiency.
4. Data Import and Export:
• Importing and exporting data as necessary for submission to the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) and other relevant government agencies in coordination with SKs, ensuring compliance with national policies and reporting requirements.

Data Usage

The data collected is only used by authorized SK clients. SKLoud Software Development Services does not have the right to manipulate or make decisions regarding the data and processes it only as instructed by the data controller.

Data Protection

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of personal data, including:

• Encryption of data in transit and at rest.
• Regular security audits and assessments.
• Access controls to ensure that only authorized personnel can access personal data.
